Payment

Acceptable payments presently include:

  • Check or Money Order - orders ship upon receipt of payment
  • Debit or Credit Card -  securely processed by PayPal with or without a PayPal account
  • PayPal - transfers direct from your account to ours
  • Cash - store only

Delivery

All orders are generally shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail to take advantage flat-rate shipping without regard to geographic location and the ability to ship to both street addresses and P.O. boxes. United Parcel Service (UPS) will be used when either shipping location or pricing is more suitable. Other shipping carriers and delivery options are available. Orders are packed, insured and shipped to prevent most types of damages in transit.

Returns

If you wish to cancel your order:

  1. you can notify us by email at before we have shipped the items to you; or
  2. where items have already been shipped to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with conditions below.

1. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

2. The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:

  1. in the event that the item has been used.
  2. to any items that we have been made or customized specifically for you

3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

The provisions of these conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
